Fair Work and Health and Safety

Scottish Hazards  support the Scottish Government’s ambition to have a successful, growing economy with fair work at it’s heart by 2025.

Health and safety has to be at the heart of the fair work agenda and any employer who disregards their legal obligations to ensure the health, safety and welfare of their workers cannot, and never should, be allowed to claim they offer fair work.

Scottish Hazards would appreciate views in the fair work framework and what needs to be done in your workplaces to deliver healthier, safer and ultimately fairer work for all.
